alphabe-Thursday

Today I participate for the first time in Alphabe-Thursday hosted by Jenny Matlock and today we have to pick something with the letter C. I chose crossstitch and I have here an older photo of a piece I stitched a few years ago.

Good morning Riet. I envy you the ability to create such a wonderful picture out of little tiny stitches and little tiny pieces of thread. That artistic skill always astounds me.

I can't tell in the picture but do you sign your work?

I hope you do because that is surely an heirloom!

You must have a very peaceful soul.

A+ for a post well done!

cross stitching is something I've never done. I tried once when I was much younger, but never had the patience for it!

Thanks for visiting my blog. I think it's cool you are from the Netherlands. My dad's family is from there. Vermeer is our family name. I'd love to visit there someday!

I used to love cross stitch and have many pieces in my home. I haven't done it in many years, though. Yours is lovely.
