Pink Saturday

It is Pink Saturday, that special day of the week. Pink Saturday is hosted by Beverly form "How sweet the Sound"
Today I want to show two pictures of our famous tulip fields. Of course there are many many tulip fields but I just want to show these here today.

So lovely to see this 'for real'. Of course I've seen photos of tulip fields in books, but it's better when the photo is taken by a real person.

How beautiful Riet! It is majestic to walk among tulip fields, I think. I missed doing that this year... hope to make it next year!

I am speechless! These flowers are the real thing and I'm over the moon happy to see them growing with such freedom and abandon. Thank you so much for sharing, Riet from the Netherlands! I loved my visit and will come back again and again!

Happy Mother's Day (is this only in America?)

Riet...You are my Pink Saturday Shout Out today, and I'm so happy for everyone to see your beautiful photographs of the Tuplip Fields. Stunning and so breath taking to see so many. Kinda of like I feel when seeing fields of Texas Bluebonnets which grow as wildflowers in the spring. Hope you can stop by and see my Perfect Pink Rose for Pink Saturday and Mothers Day....Sue

Being there in person must have been absolutely breath taking! It's too bad all those wonderful flowers don't smell like anything. On the other hand, maybe its a good thing!

Riet, the tulips are stunning to say the least. I have never seen anything like this. I must say your photos are awesome. I just scrolled down to look at several of your previous posts. You are a wonderful photographer. I enjoy looking at them so much.
Hugs, Jeanne

Note: I shared some lovely pink flowers on Sat. I honestly have not yet read all the comments, so maybe yours is there. I went to Atlanta to celebrate two of my sister's birthdays. Fun, Fun,Fun!!!
