Today we visited the beautiful very old city of Gouda. Probably you all know Gouda for its cheese. It’s also famous for its candles.

I just want to show you some of the old houses and the beautiful old townhall . All the buildings I show today are built in the 14th and 15th cenntury I made almost 200 photo’s today so I have a lot to show in the next few days.

For more my world photo’s go here.

O jaaa Gouda is werkelijk PRACHTIG.

Fijne week,
Liefs Josephine

I've been there! Searching through my old prints (I've got them all digitized on the little netbook I use for blogging) it turns out I have a photo of the magnificent town hall from back in 1973! Unfortunately the photo is pathetic so I'm looking forward to seeing yours.

I am one of those who was not aware there was a city names Gouda, but now that I have seen your collage of shots, I want to visit. The little houses are so dear. I just love the OLD. Can’t wait to see the rest of your collection.

No wonder the cheese is sooo good Riet. It is named for such a gorgeous place!
I loved the sweet sheep in your collage in the previous post. The little lambs must be a joy to see romping around the fields.
sending hugs
