Cotswolds is such a popular tourist destination that is included in almost all the package tours to England from Japan. Your superb photos tell the place is worth reputation. I like thatched roof. Thank you for sharing.

Good Morning Riet Sweetie...
Oh how I have always wanted to travel to England, and oh my gosh, you took me there this morning.

I love the cottage charm and the fences with the gorgeous flower gardens along the way. The seemed so fragrant. How wonderful this is. Thatched roof even. Just absolutely charming. I love that everything is so manicured.

Sweet friend, I cherish you and your lens of that camera. You always seem to know my heart. Thank you for the wonderful share this morning. Have a glorious day. Many hugs and much love from Phoenix, Sherry

Very nice photos! I'm so intrigued by the patterns cut into the thatch... Looks as if there's some netting over the thatch to hold it in place. I like the two birds "kissing" atop the roof there, too. What a charming place and I'm glad that you were able to vacation there.

Hi Riet
Pam @ Whitestone Cottage was asking what does a cottage mean to you and I think I would just have to show her your photographs as they sum up exactly what a cottage is to me.
Many thanks for the Cotswold village tour, I hope you'll be sharing more photographs again soon.
Maggie

Aren't they the most dreamy and romantic little homes!! I used to have a collection of David Winter cottages because I just love these thatched roof dwellings so much. Your pictures are wonderful!
