Alphabe Thursday.

This week we study the letter O for Ms Matlocks class. Since we have been in Oslo (Norway) on our trip I’d like to show some photo’s from the beautiful Oslo fjord.
To explain:  a fjord is a long, narrow deep inlet from the sea between steep slopes of a mountaines coast, common in Norway. As you can see many people live here. I can fully understand as it is beautiful .
If you want to know more about this fjord go here : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oslofjord

This I believe is a little church in the middle of the water,  outside on the left  were chairs.

There are several islands . Take a look at the link below about it all.

All so beautiful.

Lieve Riet,

balkonnen, echt schitterend.

En wat een giller zeg,
dat lieflijke kerkje midden
op het water, heel bijzonder
en dat zal je niet snel nog
eens tegenkomen denk ik zo.

Hoe gaat het met de gordelroos
van je man, jakkes, daar ben
je zo beroerd van. En gaat het
met jou al wat beter? Zelf
ben ik ook al een week behoorlijk min, duizelig, misselijk,
en tegenstribbelende darmen,
pffff, zal wel weer een
virusje zijn denk ik.

Veel sterkte met alles,

Liefs
Josephine ♥

Love the photos of Oslo fjord. Beautiful. I always think that the cottages of a seaside village are one of the loveliest sites. When I saw the first one here it reminded me of Port Jefferson Harbor, NY. A place that I just love.
Great post!

Wow! The photos you shared about Oslo are so wonderful. I agree, there are many people enjoying this lovely place. It is so pretty with the water and greenery everywhere. The Church in the water is so quaint. I guess you need a boat to live in Oslo. Smile. A great story in pictures Riet.

I am mesmerized by that little church out in the water.

I can imagine hymns drifting over the water like waves when they have a service.

Just beautiful!

Thanks for sharing these outstanding pictures for the letter 'O'.
