My World Tuesday

For my world Tuesday I made this collage of some pictures I made yesterday in one of our favorite parks along the river. On both sides of the trails are only willowtrees. A lot of them are knotted already and the toes are used for matting chairs or floor covering. I will show photo's of the knotted trees later this week.

Hello Riet,
I cannot get over those trees. They are incredible looking and making chairs with them!! Can you show us one?
I love your composition. Are you a professional photog, or do you do this for fun? Either way, you are fantastic.

Lieve groet Josephine

Very unusual trees, to me. I don't think I have ever seen willow trees. I like the sepia technique you have been using. I might try that on my fences shot for Friday Shoot Out.

Hi Riet!

I've always wondered what those trees were, as I saw so many in northern Italy, and now I know they are willow trees! I'd like to see the chairs made from them.

Wonderful willow trees, the path between them calls to me to come and walk. Your new header is beautiful Riet.

Oh my! how beautiful! The trees remind me of mascots with a bride walking in the middle. I'm glad I took a peek. Happy new year!

Dag Riet,
