For today's flowers I have this poppy .I made this picture last spring when we were on holidays in Spain. Poppies are such happy flowers, at least they make me happy when I see them.

Hello Riet. I would imagine that Spain is a beautiful country. Maybe someday I'll go there. The poppy flower is the most brillant color of what I'm calling orange. Lovely.

Oh, I do agree. I love poppies too and they were one of my mother's favourite flowers. You can't help but smile when you see them :-)
