Monday.

It is Monday again and the only photo’s I can show you are last years. It is too cold to go for a walk and take photo’s and the world looks grey all over.

So here we go. This makes me feel like summer.

Een mooi Hollands plaatje!! Het was vandaag inderdaad erg koud, maar het schijnt eind van de week beter te worden.

Lieve groet, Ingrid

I like the vine covered parking area, and you have to know that windmills are synonymous with Holland here.

Seems like a perfect look at Spring (just too bad you had to go back to last year's pictures). It will be there again soon I'm sure and I hope all the better for having had to wait for it.

Wat maak jij mooie fotos! Heerlijk om even in Nederland te kijken. Maar het is hier nog niet eens lente......!

I think that windmills are just so charming. The flowers speak to me now too, as I await Spring to truly arrive~

The hanging baskets of lobelia (?) are so pretty, like deep blue clouds. I hope they are soon blooming for you. I heard that some of the Netherlands had snow today. Brrr.

I love a windmill any time. It sounds like spring is slow all over the world! But your pictures remind us this too will change.

I love thw photo of the windmill, Riet I've always wanted to see one up close. I hope it warms up there soon -- we are having the same weather as we had 8 inches of snow this weekend and more is coming tomorrow!

It must be awful not to be able to get out because it is too cold! I can't imagine it. So I am sending warm wishes your way for spring sun to warm you and spring flowers to cheer you.
Have a wonderful week.

Hello Riet, is it too cold still? I wish it was more spring-like for you. Here in Vancouver things are starting to warm up a little...thank goodness...but in England, where I live part of the year, we have terrible snow right now.

Ohhhh wat een heerlijke
verwennerij lieve Rietje.
Hoe fijn is het niet om naar
deze prachtige zomerse collage
te kijken. De mooie baskets met
hanglobelia, zucht........
was het maar vast zo ver.

Hoop toch echt dat we dat dit
jaar nog mee gaan maken, hahaha.
Mijn avond kan in ieder geval
niet meer stuk.

Veel liefs,
Josephine

I still wait for spring...
It´s so icy cold here at the moment and we have still snow!

Daar moet een mens wel vrolijk van worden.
Wat een kou he?
Hier ook nog steeds hoor!
De berg brandhout in de schuur is gestaag minder aan het worden.

Veel liefs, Juliëtte

Oooh I love your mosaic Riet.
The windmill is amazing - what a wonderful postcard it would make as a souvenir of the Netherlands!
Those hanging baskets of lobelia are quite magnificent too - another great postcard!!!
Happy Easter Riet
