Christmas is over and we are getting ready for the New Year. But first my last Friday photo’s for this year.
These photo’s show the weather over here these last few weeks, grey skies and rain, kind of depressing.
Good we have Christmas and candles in the home to make it look more friendly. ))

Just before Christmas I want to post this blue and yellow collage, giving a bit of a summery feeling. The weather over here is grey with lots of rain ,day after day. Very depressing.
I am really hoping we will get some sun soon.

I want to wish you all A very Merry Christmas.
These last weeks before Christmas are always so busy, at least for me. So less posting than usual , but I don’t want to miss the Monday memes. I found photo’s of Royal Delft in my files so I thought I might show these again. As you can see Royal Delft does not only make blue ceramics.
This is one of their most famous designs. This monumental tulip holder is 48 inches high and so beautiful. The photo is not that good as the vase was behind glass.
Of course there are many different pots and vases and as you can see also in yellow.
This ceramic tile plateau is made after that famous painting from Rembrandt “de Nachtwacht”
And these days they also have very modern ceramics as shown here . Nice and colorful.

This cute DANCING couple I spotted in Key West. The lady wore a pretty DRESS. See how tall the statue is .I don’t know the lady that was posing.
and of course DAFFODILS. I took this photo in beautiful Keukenhof last year.
These are the white cliffs of DOVER. Remember Very Lynn singing about them?

Today I am coming with some older photo’s for my favorite Monday memes. These photo’s were taken in The Zaanse Schans, a little village just above Amsterdam which is well known for its wooden shoes museum and its windmills.

As you all might know people did wear wooden shoes , not as brightly decorated as these . They were mostly plain.
